We provide specialty cuts for most applications using our “Comitrol Machine”. Apart from our standard dice sizes, this machine allows us to branch out and offer other cuts if the customer is interested in a “finer” product. Each “cut” listed below we currently offer using our machine.

Comitrol 1/8″ Cut

Appearance: Course, semi-thick pepper mixture with some visible pieces of 1/8″ cut pepper product. Also, you may occasionally see seeds or seed slivers within the product.

Comitrol 3/16″ Cut

Appearance: Course, semi-thick pepper mixture with some signs of 3\16″ cut pepper. Also, you may occasionally see a seed or seed sliver within this product.

Comitrol 1/16″ Cut

Appearance: Course, semi-thick pepper mixture with less than 2% visible pieces of 1/16th cut pepper product. Fine particulates with a 1/16″ texture.

Comitrol Puree

Appearance: Smooth, thick mixture with some visible traces of pepper particulates. Also, you may occasionally see a seed or seed sliver within this product. Slightly more coarse than our  “MicroCut.”

Comitrol MicroCut

Appearance: Smooth, thick mixture with no visible signs of seeds or pepper particulates. Very fine product.
